Shoot Hoops Not Drugs basketball camp
A Shoot Hoops Not Drugs Basketball Camp with Jeff Sheppard will be held at South Magoffin Elementary, 171 Half Mountain Road, Salyersville, on Thursday, June 19. All school-age youth are invited to participate in this FREE camp, which begins at 4 p.m. and will conclude about 7 p.m. Youth receive a T-shirt and basketball. Water and pizza are provided. All participants will be entered into a drawing for 2 portable basketball goals to be given away at the end of camp. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to register. In conjunction with the Shoot Hoops Not Drugs basketball camp that begins at 4 p.m., the Kentucky Army National Guard’s Civil Operations Unit will have an inflatable obstacle course set up for kids from 1 pm to 3 pm.
